- Written estimates will be provided for all recommended treatment.
- Written estimates also provided for all your cosmetic choices
- PAYMENT IN FULL is required on the date services are rendered. This includes any copays estimated for those covered through Delta Dental or Blue Cross/ Blue Shield.
- PERSONAL BANK CARDS are welcome (Visa, Master Card, Discover & Debit cards)
- EXTENDED PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS are available Citi Health Card* - the flexible, affordable way to pay for healthcare. Applications can be completed in confidence via telephone or by visiting their website. Citi Health Card offers a variety of repayment options including a NO INTEREST plan with no penalty for early pay off!
- PHASED TREATMENT: If necessary and applicable for your diagnosed situation, we can plan your treatment over time to assist in the out-of-pocket expenses. However, please know that delaying treatment may advance conditions and require additional treatment expenses. This option should be discussed in detail with your Dentist.
